Every permanent placement carries a 90-day retention guarantee. If the hire leaves within that period, we run the replacement search at no additional fee.
How are fees structured?
Fees depend on the engagement model — contingent permanent search, retained executive search, or an embedded RPO programme. We quote against the specific brief rather than a fixed rate card.
